About Me

 I have been Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for more than 20 years. I have worked with children, teens, individuals and couples. I have been trained in Relational Theory which emphasizes mutuality and respect and Jungian Therapy which emphasizes dream work and connecting to your inner guidance. As your Therapist, my role is to act as a facilitator to guide and support you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and guidance system. Some consider this inner guidance system to be God or a Higher Power or Love. Carl Jung called this core place of wisdom the “Self”. The Self is not who we think we are but who we truly are, all of us, both the known and the unknown parts.
